With all of the negative political rhetoric surrounding public employee unions, it is important to occasionally remind ourselves about the benefits that we enjoy today because of the union movement.

MoveOn.org produced this video as an entertaining means of reminding us of all the things we would not have if not for unions.

One thing that strikes me as especially funny is that the CEO looks just a little like the CSU system’s Chancellor Reed. As I watched this I wondered: “Is this a staff meeting drawn from Charlie Reed’s nightmares?!”
