The CSU Chancellor’s office hired a consultant (Katz and Associates) to help design CSU on-line, the on-line competition for the CSU. This was the second page of their presentation. I do not think that this needs commentary. It speaks for itself. CSU on-line is about pushing faculty out of the education process in the name if economic efficiency, not because it will produce better students. Click on the graphic to view the whole presentation.
