We could ask the same of CSU Chancellor Charlie Reed.

A story aired on CBS 2 in Los Angeles (link below) uncovers more than $700,000 in expenditures on catering and meals by the Chancellor’s Office. In the typical fashion of a tyrant ‘Dear Leader’ Reed becomes indignant when asked to justify the expenditures the story reveals, escaping in his chauffeur driven, taxpayer financed, SUV for the quick getaway.

I guess the answer is ‘No’–Dear Leader Charlie Reed has no sense of decency.
